THE KIMBERLEY CLIMATE

The Kimberley can be a haven for many trying to avoid the dreary winters in the south of the state, but it's not all wonderful weather in this beautiful part of the country. Hence the reason we have a limited season to show you the many amazing and secluded spots that the Kimberley Region is treasuring.The Kimberley Region is located just north of the Tropic of Capricorn and falls within a Tropical Monsoon Climate, which therefore gives you a Dry Climate and a Wet Climate. The Wet Season is from about October to March every year and temperatures range from about 25C to 38C this also includes a very high rainfall actually about 90% of the rainfall occurs during the Wet Summer and that humidity! Yes it can get quite humid up there. Then also through these months you get the odd tropical Cyclone or two, which although they can be quite fierce they bring in amazing and spectacular thunderstorms which light up the nights sky. read full article
